I got on the bus and sat behind a girl with long black hair. She turned around and asked myself and the other passengers near me how much we like cooking, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 meaning we loved cooking.
Someone next to me said "-1."
I timidly said, "I like it."
And a guy behind me said "-20."
I felt like the odd one out.
Then the girl with long black hair said, "If anyone likes yoghurt, I can make some nice yoghurt out of blackberry cake."
That sounded strange to me.

First Day of Spring - Anna
Today is the first day of Spring. I have ventured outside for the first time in a long time, in three months.
The sky is blue for the first time. The grass is green. There is a hint of warmth in the air.
I can see! I can smell! I had forgotten how nice it was to be outside!
I should do this more often, go outside. Relax, breathe, live.

HARD COPY OF ASPHYXIA LOOKING MORE LIKELY
Well it seems I am still able to scab some free copying, most likely towards the end of the year. This means that there could possibly be a hard copy of Asphyxia around December 2008, which will include my favourite bits of this online version.
I am always open to submissions. If you like what you see and have something you think you can add, shoot me a message!

5:57am - Anna
Every morning at 5:57am I see the same lady on the same stretch of road at the same time every day.
She is always talking to herself. I don't know what she says because I am usually on the other side of the road. She is quite large and perhaps in her seventies.
I don't know where she is going at 5:57am. It's still dark then. The stars and moon are out. Sometimes it's frosty.
Where does this woman go at 5:57am?
